Please provide a way to customize ANY and ALL emails generated or sent via Teamcamp. This is especially important for Invoice emails, which at this point are more cringe-worthy than client-worthy. Currently unless I provide a note, there is ZERO context as to who this invoice is from and what it pertains to. Totally Unacceptable.

I frequently use subtasks within my tasks, and I often need to reorder or change their sequence. Currently, there’s no option to move subtasks up or down within the subtask list, which limits flexibility in organizing my tasks. Additionally, when I attempt to clone a subtask, it gets cloned into the main project, rather than staying within the subtask list where it belongs. I’m requesting two improvements: The ability to reorder subtasks within the subtask list by moving them up or down. The option to clone a subtask directly within its subtask list, preserving its position and context. These enhancements would greatly improve task management and organization within projects.
Currently we use Ctrl + Enter for entering the message. For Windows user, Shift + Enter makes more sense.

Hey there! Just wanted to remind you that currently, only "Stripe" integration is available for invoice payment links. But what if the company doesn't use "Stripe"? It would be great to add a custom link option to pay the invoices, like a Payoneer or Wise payment request link.
When adding a new task, it would be useful if you can set an Assignee by default, like yourself. so the default assignee is automatically set when creating a task.
Two way sync with Missive. Ability to send a task from Missive to Teamcamp and sync details including done status. Similar to Asana integration.
Coming from Monday.com I'm missing several features. I'd like to see a calendar integration, so due dates and milestones items show up in my calendar. I'm also missing the possibility to create custom fields and boards / projects based on use cases and client needs. I'd also like to have access to integrations and automations. Last but not least, I'd like to invite my clients to the projects without using a team seat for them.
I would like to be able to see what all projects CLIENT X has going on, grouped together.

I’d like to request a feature that allows users to manually adjust time entries within the time tracking tool. This would be particularly useful when users forget to stop the timer, enabling them to correct the recorded time to reflect actual work done. Additionally, I’ve noticed that when trying to adjust time for a subtask, the system defaults to adjusting the parent task instead, sometimes even removing the time from the subtask. It would be great to enhance the subtask time tracking feature so that adjustments are specific to the subtask and don’t interfere with the parent task. These improvements would greatly enhance accuracy and efficiency in time management within the platform. Thank you for considering this request!
When cloning a task within a project, I often have tasks that include multiple subtasks (e.g., 8 subtasks). Currently, only the main task is cloned, and I need to manually recreate all associated subtasks, which is time-consuming. I’m requesting a feature that allows for the subtasks to be automatically cloned along with the main task. This would streamline the process and improve efficiency when managing projects with complex task structures.
I often assign tasks to specific categories that correspond to different team members. It would be incredibly useful to have an automated notification feature that triggers when a task is placed into a designated category. This would allow the assigned team member to be immediately notified that a new task is ready for them, eliminating the need for manual updates and ensuring that tasks are promptly addressed. By programming categories with automatic notifications, we can streamline task assignment and improve team communication.

I've been using Team Camp for invoicing, and I'm missing two crucial features. Number 1, the ability to duplicate invoices. Number two, to get notified when invoices are overdue and to be able to send out reminders.
Hi Team Camp 👋, I wanted to suggest a feature that I think would improve the flexibility of task management. Would it be possible to allow existing tasks to be moved and placed under any project or even as a subtask of another task? For example, I’ve created some tasks in a project and later realized they would work better as subtasks under other tasks. It would be super helpful to be able to move these tasks directly instead of recreating them from scratch and then deleting the originals. I think this would make organizing and rearranging tasks much smoother. Thanks so much for considering it! 😊
I would like to be able to group tasks on the kanban board either by milestone or label and collapse or hide the group(s) I'm not currently focused on (Clickup does this quite well).

Currently, there is only a reply function when holding. There should be an added effect to indicate the holding process, such as a vibration or UI effect
Here are some options I think would be great to add. Screen shots are shared (From competitor). The first is allowing specific roles for whom you'd invite to the project. So that invitee may be a 'view only', 'admin', 'Client', etc. It gives different permissions based on the role they're assigned when added. The second is just an alternate viewing of the project and tasks (Check the attached images).

In the task-edit view, and in the sidebar when not in edit-view, there is a button to add a label but on clicking it I get an edit-box but no way to 'accept' the entry.
"Dashboard page" or "Home page" or "Summary page." This is a page that employees can view when they first enter the app. It includes a summary of the number of incomplete tasks, alerts for tasks nearing their due dates, administrator notifications, and more.
Have the option to order and arrange tasks in a Kanban style board.
Feature suggestion: make an option to "duplicate" different elements in Teamcamp. For example: duplicating a project would make a copy of everything within that project so people could set up a template project with all tasks, files, folder structures, settings, etc and that would be a full project template at that point.
When I add a new user email to an existing client account and while the invite status is [PENDING], I need to be able to add that pending user to their project(s) immediately, but the system prevents it until their email is first verified. This is bad UX for both client and admin due to the fact that progress is blocked until the email verification is clicked. It forces admin to manually check behind every single new invite to see if they joined before they can be assigned to their project. Major time waste for admin, and the client is stuck in limbo until admin notices something changed. Please fix this ASAP.
Recommend to change 'You have no any project' to 'You have no Projects'
It is impossible to toggle on the multiple assignee switch on the Settings > Templates page, thereby forcing us to manually modify each projects settings to toggle it on.
If possible, we should try to plan drafting messages so that if we leave the conversation or get busy with other tasks, we don't need to remember or repeat things. The conversation can continue without needing to overwrite any previous information.
I would like Teamcamp to be able (if I want) to email me every day, week, or X time. With the summary of my pending projects, maybe with the work done by other teammates the last X time in X projects, etc. I think this featuer would be amazing. I would like to be able to make Teamcamp some kind of assistant, so it is constantly notificating me about the work I have left.

In the document editor the tab key is used to invoke the list of blocks that can be added to the document. I suggest you use a different key and allow the tab key to be used for indenting. Specifically, I've tried to create ordered/unordered lists and it's only possible to create flat lists with no indentation.
The 'code' block in the document editor would be much more useful if it had syntax highlighting for common languages (HTML, CSS, JS & PHP in my case).

It would be nice to implement a notification and a fixed badge where expired tasks are marked. It would be nice to also display those that are due. Possibility to give any browser, desktop, app alert and to set how often to have it
